MEET NICOLLE
Fellow Mom, Lover of a Good System & Here to Make Life Feel a Little Easier for You.
Creating Spaces that Support Your Life Since 2023.
There’s a difference between creating spaces that look organized and creating ones that truly support your everyday life.
That’s where we come in.
We believe organization isn’t about perfection.
Or color-coded pantries (though we do love a good label maker moment), or making your home look untouchable.
It’s about creating thoughtful systems that make your daily life feel easier to move through - especially in the middle of busy family life.
Because when a home is thoughtfully organized for you, the day runs smoother.
Less scrambling to find things.
Less chaos getting out the door.
Less reminding kids where something goes for the hundredth time.
A little more ease.
Just a little more calm.
A little more breathing room.
We organize for real life -
with zero judgment.
Homes are constantly evolving. The systems that worked two years ago may not work anymore.
The beautifully organized mudroom might completely unravel during soccer season.
And sometimes the problem isn’t “too much stuff” - it’s just that your home needs new systems for the life you’re living in this season.
That’s why every project is approached with flexibility and functionality. Not unrealistic standards or one-size-fits-all solutions.
MEET YOUR ORGANIZER
From Stressful Spreadsheets
to Calm Spaces.
Hi, I’m Nicolle!
Before founding Neatest Nests,
I spent years working in a structured corporate environment - organizing information, managing details, solving problems, and spending my days in front of spreadsheets.
But after years of balancing corporate life, parenting, and the pace of everyday routines, I realized I was craving work that felt more personal, creative, and connected.
What began as casually helping family and friends organize their homes quickly became something bigger.
Because underneath the clutter was rarely just “stuff.”
It was unfinished projects.
Spaces that had become catch-alls.
Belongings that no longer had a place.
Homes that no longer supported the season of life a family was currently in.
And through working closely with clients inside their homes, I realized this work wasn’t just about making spaces look better.
It was about helping people feel calmer and more in control within the spaces they move through every day (and spreadsheets that spark joy
not stress).
“When she arrived, I only had to say a few words for her to understand my pain and reassure me it was all going to be okay.”
— Allison C.
It’s more than just organizing…
this work is personal.
There’s a unique level of trust involved when you invite me into your home - and into the parts of life that feel the most overwhelming.
That’s something I don’t take lightly.
Because organizing is deeply personal. It’s tied to routines, transitions, family dynamics, emotions, and the way you experience your home day-to-day.
My goal is never just to create spaces that look more organized. It’s creating spaces that feel better to live in.
A closet that makes mornings feel less rushed.
Your kids’ room that helps them become more independent.
An entryway that supports the rhythm of your family instead of working against it.
SOME NEAT BELIEFS
01 / Spaces can bring more ease, clarity, and breathing room into everyday life.
02 / Systems can work beautifully for the way families actually live.
03 / Solutions curated around your routines, habits, and evolving needs matter.
04 / Supporting clients throughout the process creates a judgment-free process.
05 / Seasons change, and so does the way a home supports families.
06 / Small shifts can quietly make everyday life easier.
A Note from Me to You
I want your world to feel lighter when we’re done.
I want you to feel supported by your space, more confident in your routines, and more at ease in your everyday life.
I want your systems to feel maintainable, functional, and above all - realistic for your family.
And honestly? I want the process to feel enjoyable too.
Because your home doesn’t need to be perfect to feel really, really good to live in.
-Nicolle
